The premium case maintains the same handlebar design as the calssic Cosmos design, but adds a few modern touches that make it one of the most beautiful cases we've seen. The latest, the Cosmos C700M is the pinnacle of that design, taking over from the C700P, a chassis which held firm as one of our favorite full-tower cases for years.īigger even than the C700P, the C700M is one of Cooler Master's largest enclosures and comes with an equally hefty price tag.
BEST AIRFLOW CASE 2022 PC
The original Cooler Master Cosmos chassis is a classic of PC case design, and has seen many revisions over the years. And, if all this custom build stuff scares the living hell out of you, check out our guide to the best gaming PCs and score yourself a nice prebuilt PC. Alternatively, if you want to look at the other end of the scale, we also have a guide to the best mini-ITX cases for those small form-factor builds. We've listed here our favorite full-towers we've tested and wholeheartedly recommend for your future PC build. So, if cost is a concern or you're trying to make the best budget PC, consider one of the best mid-tower cases to make your wallet happy.

However, you should note that these large cases also come with hefty price tags. Just consider everything you personally need in a good PC case: like enough clearance for the best graphics card while allowing for a decent airflow. When choosing a suitable full-tower case, a lot of it will come down to personal taste. This is custom water cooling loop territory, with multiple radiators and a frankly ludicrous number of fans. For instance, some cases only comes with one or two fans and some cases doesn't even come with any fans) which is really not that useful when buying a case that can be outfitted with a bunch of different fans to keep both thermals and noise down.I'm talking about the kind of cooling configurations that just wouldn't be feasible in smaller systems. When looking at reviews for the above cases I have found Gamers Nexus's reviews to be very good, but unfortunately they test the cases with stock fans ( Edit: as opposed to outfitting the case with the maximum or optimal fan configuration. Lian Li O11 Air ( Edit: I just read some comments regarding that this case is not really suitable for wider graphics cards and also not the Noctua NH-D15 which I have.) This time around I am thinking more along the lines of getting an airflow focused case and have been looking at the below cases, but other suggestions are definitely welcome. My last three cases have been different versions of Fractal Design's Define series, both the regular and XL versions. The one thing I am still pondering about is the case to put all these components in. I have just bought components for a new workstation for CG and VFX work, consisting of a Ryzen 5950x with Noctua NH-D15 cooler and a 1080 Ti (the GPU will be replaced with one to two 3090 or similar cards in the future when the availability is better).
